- Installed 1 pedestal in Central Office PON and 2 pedestals in Sugarloaf PON
- Pulled remaining 8,994 feet of fiber in Werkner PON
- Completed splicing fiber in Werkner PON
- Constructed drops at 3 houses in Werkner PON and 11 houses in Island Lake PON
- No new sign-ups

- Test and turnover Werkner PON to MEC to begin home installations and activations
