Work completed 5/10/2020 through 5/16/2020:

• Continued H&M pedestal and hand hole tasks not related to fiber placement or splicing (Bruin PON)  
• Pulled 8,738 feet of fiber and installed hand holes in Bruin PON
• Completed splicing and testing fiber in Sugarloaf PON
• Installed 19 home drops (totals to date: 393 drops – 89 in Werkner PON, 67 in Island Lake PON, 86 in Central Office PON, 127 in Boyce PON, 19 in Sugarloaf PON and 5 in Long Lake PON).  Note: There was a miscommunication regarding PON priorities for drops.  Since Long Lake PON has already been marked by Miss Dig, the drops in Long Lake PON will be completed over the next two weeks.  Then drops will be re-started in Sugarloaf PON.  Splicing and home installations in Sugarloaf PON will be done prior to Long Lake PON.
• Spliced 33 home drops (totals to date: 297 spliced – 89 in Werkner PON, 66 in Island Lake PON, 79 in Central Office PON and 63 in Boyce PON)
• Completed 10 new home installations (totals to date: 211 with broadband – 87 in Werkner PON, 64 in Island Lake PON, 57 in Central Office PON and 3 in Boyce PON)

• Continue remaining H&M pedestal and hand hole tasks not related to fiber placement or splicing 
• Prepare to bore for Blind Lake crossing
• Replace and splice fiber on Sugarloaf Lake Road
• Continue to pull fiber and set hand holes in Bruin PON
• Continue home drops in Long Lake PON
• Finish splicing home drops in Central Office PON
• Continue to splice home drops in Boyce PON
• Continue home installations in Central Office PON

• Drop Installation (bringing fiber cable from the road to the side of each home)
• Home Installation (bringing fiber into you home and attaching to network router)
